The Big Island
This original warbox style home had an outdated kitchen. We added a big 11' kitchen island, 3 rows of cabinets, quartz, new lighting, and new oak floors to turn this home in to a dining and entertainment hub.




Maximizing the Flip $$$
Our customer wanted to get maximum value from their home. The house was in great condition, but the kitchen cabinets were outdated compared to the rest of the house. We opened up walls, installed modern cabinets, quartz countertops , slab backsplash, updated lighting, flooring, and new appliances.




Modern Makeover
New siding, black paint, modern lighting, trex decking, natural wood finishes, and a folding glass door updates this 1940's craftsman to a modern Pacific Northwest home.


Making Room
Our customer wanted to redo this deck, but enclosing it to make a warm space. We added a 250 square foot family room with folding glass windows with an indoor/outdoor feel with lots of sunlight and all the modern amentities.


Give Me A Primary Bath
This house needed a primary bathroom with a soaking tub and marble shower. We too an existing basement patio and brought in water, sewer, and heat. We designed and installed a clean, modern bathroom and a primary bedroom.




DADU ME
Our customer wanted to create a multi-generational home. There wasn't much space to make something happen. We designed converted a 1-space attached garage and made a 300 square foot studio with a kitchenette, living room, bathroom, and bedroom.


Brighten My Living Room
Our customer wanted a brighter, happier living room. We opened up the walls by removing some built-ins, removed the fireplace surround, add electrical for tv, added recessed lighting, added drywall over the brick for a more modern look, add a customer wood mantle, and finished it with split-face stone.
Upgraded Rental
Our customer wanted to add some modern amenities to this Fremont rental. We brought this kitchen to code, upgraded countertops, backsplash, exhaust fans, electrical, water lines, and flooring.


Un-Ugly Me
This basement bathroom had a sewage ejector pump and tank above grade. The customer wanted to make the bathroom look nice and normal. We excavated the floor and dropped the ejector sewage tank below grade and added an access cabinet for the ejector pump. Then we added updated flooring, vanity, and shower tile to give the bathroom a refreshed look.
